Since 2019, Sadaf has accomplished the following in collaboration with and on behalf of community artists:
- Facilitated acquisitions to institutions such as RISD Museum, Baltimore Museum of Art, Northwestern University and the Nion McEvoy Foundation 
- Worked collaboratively with five female-owned galleries to expand their program 
- Provided writing services to over 100 artists including resumes, grants, artist statements and biographies 
- Curated on the East and West Coast and virtually with platforms like Swivel Gallery, LA Spring Break, Local Project Art Space, Visual Aids, ArtFare, Glass Rice 
- Secured over $200K worth of grants for art collectives and individuals 
- Secured fellowships and residencies like the Laundromat Create Change Fellowship, Jerome Hill Fellowship, Elias Foundation Fellowship and the Fulbright Award 
- Planned events like community photowalk, fundraising gala, jam session, stoop sale and sound baths 
- Moderated over fifty virtual artist talks through ALPHA Arts Alliance 
- Raised funds through arts initiatives for education-based non-profits in Haiti, South Sudan, Rwanda and Brooklyn 
- Served as a site co-ordinator and artist-in-resident with COPE NYC 
- Worked with Atlantic Records, Wired, and NBC on behalf of artists like KAMAUU, Tamar Kali and Butterscotch 
- Established a collector base that spans across the USA and placed artwork in private and public collections 
- Directed two virtual youth apprenticeship programs and a summer youth arts and gardening program 
- Referred multiple clients to photographers, graphic designers, models, venues, muralists, illustrators and more
